Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before purchasing a Nutristore Digital Gift Card.
1. Digital Product
The Nutristore Gift Card is a digital gift card. No physical card will be posted.
2. Where It Can Be Used
This gift card can only be redeemed online at nutristore.co.uk.
It cannot currently be used on any third-party marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, or any other external sales channel.
3. Delivery
Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout, unless Shopify provides an alternative gift card delivery option at the time of purchase.
Please check that the email address entered at checkout is correct before placing your order.
4. Redemption
To redeem the gift card, enter the gift card code at checkout.
If the order total is higher than the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
If the order total is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be used on future eligible purchases.
5. Expiry
Nutristore Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be cancelled and cannot be refunded or transferred.
The expiry period is shown here before purchase so that customers can make an informed decision. You should only use this expiry wording if this is how you configure the product in Shopify.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Gift cards are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law.
Where a gift card has not yet been used, consumers may have cancellation rights for online purchases under UK distance selling rules. However, where you choose immediate digital delivery and confirm that you want the gift card supplied before the end of any cancellation period, you may lose the right to cancel once the gift card has been issued.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Please treat your gift card code like cash. Nutristore is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, forwarded to the wrong person, or used without permission, unless this is due to our error.
8. Use Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be:
- Exchanged for cash
- Used to buy another gift card
- Resold or transferred for commercial purposes
- Used outside nutristore.co.uk
- Redeemed after expiry
Nutristore reserves the right to cancel a gift card if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
9. Promotions and Discounts
Gift cards may not be eligible for promotional discount codes unless specifically stated.
Purchasing a gift card may also be excluded from promotions, loyalty points, cashback, affiliate commissions, or other offers unless clearly stated otherwise.
10. Returns of Items Bought With a Gift Card
If an item purchased using a gift card is returned and accepted under our returns policy, the refund will usually be credited back to the original gift card or issued as store credit, unless required otherwise by law.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
